Our story

At Draig Behaviour Consultancy, we recognise the amazing work that parents and residential care companies offer in terms of supporting vulnerable children and adults.

We noticed that many parents and organisations don't have the resources to employ a full-time behaviour consultant, and challenging behaviour is a very common cause of placements breaking down. Access to support is scarce, and often comes with long waiting lists - and by the time that support is ready to be offered, the placement has often already ended or parents are at breaking point.

We are determined to change this.

We aim to offer effective and affordable behavioural solutions to parents residential care teams who support a range of service users.
