About Draig Behaviour Consultancy

Why We Started and the Difference We Aim to Make

At Draig Behaviour Consultancy, we recognise the incredible dedication parents and residential care teams put into supporting vulnerable children and adults. Yet, we also saw a major gap: many families and organisations don’t have access to a full-time behaviour consultant, and challenging behaviour is one of the most common reasons placements break down. Support is often limited, delayed, or comes with long waiting lists—by the time help arrives, families may be at breaking point or placements may have already ended.

We are determined to change this. Our goal is to provide effective, affordable behavioural solutions that make a real difference for parents, carers, and residential teams supporting children and adults with a range of needs.

Over 10 Years of Experience Supporting Children, Adults, and Care Teams

With over a decade of experience in specialist education, the NHS, and private residential care, Draig Behaviour Consultancy brings expertise you can trust. We have worked directly with parents of children with learning disabilities, neurodiversity, and traumatic experiences to support meaningful behaviour change.

We also partner with staff teams, managers, and directors to develop tailored behavioural solutions for a variety of service users. Our experience spans short-term interventions and long-term organisational support, ensuring strategies are practical, effective, and sustainable.
